Right of withdrawal and right of return

If an item does not live up to your expectations, you will of course have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive the item. The item must be in the same condition as when shipped from Velvetnoon. If the item is returned in a condition that reduces the item's sales value, the right of withdrawal lapses.

Reimbursement costs must be borne by you.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days after.
