ONE-OF-A-KIND & UPCYCLED MATERIALS
Many Velvetnoon pieces are individually handcrafted from carefully selected vintage and upcycled textiles.
As a result, subtle variations in colour, texture, embroidery, stitching and material may occur from one piece to another.
These characteristics are not imperfections. They are part of the individuality, provenance and story of each Velvetnoon design.
We make every effort to represent our pieces as accurately as possible through photography and product descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to individual screen settings, lighting conditions and the naturally unique character of vintage and upcycled materials.
When you purchase a Velvetnoon piece, you are choosing a handcrafted design with a history — not a mass-produced product.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and MobilePay.
Payment is charged when your order is dispatched.
All prices displayed on our website are in EURO (€) and include applicable VAT.
All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted connection.
DELIVERY
Velvetnoon ships orders with PostNord, GLS or DAO to parcel shops or private addresses.
Orders are normally delivered within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond Velvetnoon's control, including delays with the shipping carrier.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For purchases made through velvetnoon.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable Danish and EU consumer legislation.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
BESPOKE & PERSONALIZED PIECES
Please note that individually commissioned, bespoke or personalized pieces may be subject to different withdrawal terms where permitted under applicable consumer legislation. The specific terms will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
RETURNS
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Items must be returned securely packaged and in their original condition.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of an item resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.
Because many Velvetnoon pieces are one-of-a-kind, we kindly ask that returned items are handled with particular care.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned item, subject to applicable legal conditions.
YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
All purchases are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty / right to complain in accordance with applicable Danish consumer legislation.
This covers defects that were present at the time of delivery.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a defect. A complaint made within two months of discovering the issue will always be considered timely.
The right to complain does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of care, accidents or ordinary wear and tear.
Please note that the natural characteristics of vintage and upcycled materials — including fading, marks, variations in texture, previous wear and other signs of age — are considered part of the character of the material and are not, in themselves, defects.
Where a complaint is accepted, Velvetnoon will cover reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with applicable legislation.

When you place an order with Velvetnoon, we collect the personal information necessary to process and fulfil your purchase, including:
